Navigation view with folders / accounts

I have a navigation view and I need to add a "spinner" to alternate email folders / accounts, such as Gmail. I think that create two groups in menu.xml, folders and accounts, and when you click "spinner" change the visibility of both. Is correct this? And the "spinner" use a image for it?
