How to process credit card payments or any other such service in Java or angularjs/javascript?

I was working on an online shopping cart project and I am finally on the billing page. I am not sure how I should proceed with that. I am using JSP/Servlet for backend and angularjs and javascript for the front end. How do these transactions actually go through?And how can I include it in my form>
