I'm searching about blockchain/bitcoin system.

But I can't find really deep tutorial or lessons about blockchain software system.

Which sofware or which network system is the best and how can we build a blockchain system for example with Java/Python or C++ ?

Do you have any advice or tutorial about the tech behind the blockchain system?
