Can I set the next statement to execute in any Android dev environment?

I'm developing and Android application and I was wondering if there was a plugin or an option to skip several lines or move the next executing line to anywhere in the code.

Right now I'm using Android Studio, and I cannot find any option to achieve this. Is there any other Java environment that supports it?

I'm looking for the similar behaviour to Visual Studio Set the next statement to execute functionality.
