Compile OpenCV in a Java Program | Multiplatform (Mac,Linux,Win)

I want to know how I can compile the OpenCV library within my Java program. In this program the library is not needed. I need this because I don't want my customers to compile the OpenCV library manually. I did it on my Mac manually with cmake.
