Visual FoxPro: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver [duplicate]

I can run application from my Eclipse IDE it works fine (Using JDK 1.7). I made windows service using JSW plugin and started this service it throws java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver exception. I know what it means. But I do not know why it is throwing this exception in my system although it runs from IDE. I need to get access to FoxPro dataabse. I tried all options like: using JVM 32/64 bits but could not solve my problem.

Any idea will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
