Android 6 : App is crashing if changing the permissions manually in the settings app

My android app is containing list of tickets. Each ticket is containing data-carrier content as identity of ticket. Ticket is also containing other fields like ticket number and ticket type. I am handling permissions at run time for android 6. Which is working perfectly even if user is denying the permissions in at run time.

But when I am disabling the permissions from the settings app(manually disabling). Field for data carrier content in each ticket is becoming null but other fields are remaining same and app is crashing while clicking on the ticket for showing the data carrier content as an image. And I am getting null pointer exception. It is only happening when I am disabling the permissions manually.

And there is no log updates when its making data carrier content null. Do anyone have any clue why is it happening so.
